How to Play

Play Jake and the Never Land Pirates Super Pirate Power online for free. Super Pirate Power is a pirate-themed 2D platforming game featuring characters from the hit Disney Junior series. As the intrepid Jake, track down the infamous Captain Hook across several perilous places across Never Land. Activate the powers from special items to help Jake avoid danger and collect gems. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

Select the play button on the bottom right corner of the welcome screen to begin.
The game is narrated and the voiceover acts as your guide through the game. We recommend leaving the sound on.
Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and best scores.
Game Controls
- Desktop
  - With your keyboard:
    - Use the left and right arrow keys to move.
    - Use the up arrow key to jump.
    - Use the space bar to activate your special power.
    - Touchscreen devices
      - Although this game might load on touchscreen devices, its controls were optimized for desktops with keyboards.
      - Game Play
        Level selection
        Each level must be unlocked in order. The first level is the only one playable at the start.
        Select the level’s picture on the map to load the level.
        You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
        Select the doubloon icon on the top left corner to open the rewards area.
        Select on any of the 3 rewards to buy them with the doubloons you’ve earned.
        Make sure you have enough doubloons to afford them.
        Navigation
        Jump onto platforms.
        Use the up arrow key when you are near a platform to jump.
        To make a long jump, press the up arrow key along with the left or right arrow key.
        You will automatically reach the platform you’re aiming for.
        Avoid making contact with dangerous creatures.
        Touching dangerous creatures will cause you to lose some of the coins you’ve picked up.
        Some special powers can be used to help you avoid dangerous creatures.
        Collect special items to give Jake special powers.
        Pick up all the gems you encounter.
        Collecting gems
        Gems can be found throughout each level.
        Collect all of them to earn a bonus at the end of the level.
        You will drop the gems you already found if an enemy hits you.
        Your gems turn into coins at the end of the level. Coins can be used for unlocks.
        The unlocks are purely aesthetic and do not otherwise impact gameplay.
        A printable PDF poster costs 10 coins. If you want to save your coins for other unlocks you can see the reward PDF for free here.
        A gold body suit for Jake costs 15.
        Converting the diamonds to golden champaign diamonds costs 25.
        Buying all unlocks
        All 3 unlocks cost a total of 50 coins.
        If you collect all gems on a level & do not get hit that will typically earn you 5 coins.
        Repeatedly playing a level will earn you 2 or 3 coins on subsequent plays.
        The game has 5 levels (meaning a max of 25 coins), so to purchase all unlocks you will need to replay some levels to earn more cones.
        Special items
        Every level has a unique item that can help Jake navigate the level.
        Pick it up.
        Once you have it, select the space bar whenever you need to use. it
        Each special item has its own unique powers. Each of the first 3 levels has a singular special item:
        The Pirate Mummy’s ankh lets you control the sand.
        This will let you create platforms out of sand.
        It will also clear away blocks made of sand from your path.
        You can cycle sand back and forth.
        Pirate Wizard’s invisibility ring turns you invisible.
        This lets walk past enemies unharmed.
        While invisible, you cannot collect treasure, but enemies can not hit you.
        The effects of the invisibility ring are brief. Move fast before its effects run out.
        The wind-up key gives you access to a robot pirate suit.
        The robot pirate suit gives you immunity to lava.
        It also gives you super strength, which will help you push platforms to where they need to go.
        The robot pirate suit stays on only while you need it. Only when you’re done will it stop working. Unlike the invisibility ring, you are not time limited.
        In the 4th and 5th levels, you gain access to all 3 special items at once.
        The game automatically knows which special item to activate (in most cases). Just press the space bar.
        The game defaults to the invisibility ring unless sand or lava are near.
        If sand or lava or near then those features activate, which can be frustrating if you create a wall on the wrong side of you near a dragon near the end of the fourth level.
        Challenging Captain Hook
        The last level has you take on Captain Hook himself.
        To defeat Hook, you must ascend through the top of the level to corner him.
        Use all 3 special powers to get to the top and avoid his water gun attacks.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for people who like pirates or playing platformer games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
